Four Decades of Iranian Telecom Engineering
Founded in Tehran on February 12, 1983, Parstel Information and Telecommunication is a family-owned engineering firm with a long-standing reputation in Iran's telecommunications sector.
From our earliest years, we designed, developed, and manufactured digital switching systems in-house — a rare technical capability that established Parstel as a serious domestic contributor to the country's communications infrastructure. After several years of intentional dormancy, Parstel is preparing to re-enter the market, drawing on the same engineering discipline, institutional knowledge, and family stewardship that defined its earlier decades.

OUR VALUES
Our Mission
To channel Parstel's heritage of technical depth and in-country development into reliable, modern telecommunications solutions for government, enterprise, and industry across Iran and the wider Middle East.
We aim to compete for and deliver on public and private telecom infrastructure tenders, and to engineer dedicated communication systems for sectors where reliability is non-negotiable — oil and gas, steel and heavy industry, utilities, and large-scale public projects. Our work is grounded in formal engineering practice, transparent contracting, and a long-term family commitment to quality that does not change with quarterly pressures.

Engineering-Led Telecom Contracting
BUILT ON FOUR DECADES OF ENGINEERING
Parstel approaches every project as an engineering problem first and a contract second. Decades of hands-on development, production, and field deployment inform how we scope, price, and deliver.
Whether responding to a government tender, building out a private network for a refinery or steel plant, or delivering a turnkey telecom package for a commercial client, we commit to documented quality, defensible technical choices, and the long-horizon accountability that only a family business with a four-decade name to protect can offer.
